The most essential key to living our leadership potential is to develop our ‘inner leader’ and have space to reconnect with our authentic selves. In order to make a real difference as a leader, we need to understand that the outer journey of leadership is inseparable from our own inner journey. The leaps and breakthroughs we make in the external world are led by the transformations in our internal world – the world of our self awareness, self-leadership and our capacity to access, trust and lead from our inner wisdom.
This one day workshop will give you nourishing time out, to reconnect with your ‘inner leader’ in a fun and inspiring way that will help you to:

- Recognise and navigate beyond the hidden fear that is keeping you ‘stuck’
